Almost tropical aromas bind with the wormwood, while to taste the honeyed sweetness and zesty citrus offset a floral heart and elderflower finish. The herbal bitter-sweetness of Ambrato pairs beautifully with creamy Gorgonzola or a Stilton.
Flavoured with three types of Artemisia herbs and botanicals including rhubarb and yellow cinchona bark. rested in traditional wooden 'tino' barrels for several months before use.
