A complex yet balanced combination of cooked agave, olive and dried fruit scents with fruity, floral tones. To taste more of the fresh agave emerges with a tropical twang, finishing on a light nutty vanilla spiciness.
Made using 100% Blue Webber Agave from Jaliscoo, which is double distilled in copper stills.
Dobel was created by and named after Juan Domingo Beckmann Legorreta (Dobel being an acronym of his name). Beckmann was the eleventh-generation leader of Jose Cuervo tequilas. The range is backed and distributed by Proximo Spirits.
Maestro Dobel is made from agaves sourced from a single estate in the family's lowland ranches in Jalisco- where the terroir is said to produce lighter, herbal and citric aromas.
