A slightly more subtle expression within the rye category, Knob Creek Rye; brings spiciness which is bold and rich, this is balanced by undertones of vanilla and oak. The oak lingers in the finish, alongside rye and nuances of herbs.

Knob Creek Rye is best served on the rocks, but works well in classic Whiskey cocktails as the high ABV stands up to mixing partners and dilution.

Knob Creek was launched in 1992, under the direction of Booker Noe, who is the grandson of Jim Beam. Booker’s son, Fred Noe, is now at the helm of distilling proudly keeping the family legacy going.
Distilled at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont Kentucky, Knob Creek takes its name from the creek which ran through Abraham Lincoln’s family home.
Knob Creek is a full-flavored, pre-prohibition style bourbon - with toasted notes on the nose, to taste it's rich, sweet, woody, almost fruity.
