Ancient family business with a very long tradition, the Antinori winery has played a fundamental role in bringing Italian wine to the top of the world, through the numerous owned estates which include Guado al Tasso, Pian Delle Vigne, La Braccesca, and Castello Della Sala located between Bolgheri, Montalcino, Montepulciano, and Orvieto.

Spread over a total area of 420 hectares, the La Braccesca estate is made up of two separate bodies: the historical nucleus of the company which is located in the Montepulciano area, and the 162 hectares of vineyards at the foot of the hills surrounding Cortona. This is the area where Syrah, the historical variety of the Rhône, has found its Italian land of choice, producing wines with great concentration and complexity. The wine ages in wood for about 18 months and then rests in the bottle for a further 14 months.

The Bramasole is a powerful red, rich and elegant, capable of aging beautifully. On the nose, it reveals fragrant aromas of black fruits and notes of tobacco. In the mouth, it is a warm and enveloping wine with soft tannins and the typical flavors of the variety such as licorice and black pepper. The finish is long and elegantly spiced. Perfect with roasts, lamb, and pepper-crusted pork tenderloin.
