Description

This wine comes from a variety of vineyards aged from 10 to 200 years and at altitudes between 300 and 700 metres. This wine is a super volcano , by this I mean smoked, grilled, and marked by the terroirs of Tenerife. This magnificent aromatic profile is unique, rare and characteristic of the region. The wine requires some aeration to open fully, but then offers a captivating nose, very precise, a wine with great accuracy. Fruit is omnipresent and we cannot perceive the wood. It starts off clearly with lots of freshness and crisp and ripe fruit. The flesh is generous and particularly fine. Throughout the tasting, the wine shows beautiful energy it is an unforgettable experience!
