Located in the northernmost part of the vineyards of the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, between 250 and 500 metres above sea level, the Aigle Domaine produces wines of great finesse. This 100% Pinot Noir offers a delicate profile of seeded fruit (raspberry and redcurrant) and spices. A silky red wine to taste between 12 and 14 °C to fully appreciate its freshness.
