BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2018 – ARGIANO

Description

Aged for 30 months in wide oak barrels, the wine is sold after several months of rest in the bottle, essential for wines of this magnitude. A deep ruby colour with some garnet highlights. Its varietal and tertiary character stand out with panache as notes of cherries, sweet spices and smoke follow each other in the glass. The palate shows great density and the richness of the exceptional fruit. The very savoury heart of the palate is well refreshed by notes of mint. Round and ripe tannins for a long finish. This is definitely one of the best bottles of the appellation!
