Known for their finesse and elegance, this wine has an exceptional ageing capacity, bringing the reputation of its wines to the highest levels. Adorned with a beautiful dark maroon colour, the wine reveals a powerful but fine bouquet, which harmoniously combines candied fruit, well-balanced stave-wood and spices. The palate is in the same vein, generous and full-bodied, sappy, racy, supported by liquorice tannins and a chalky frame, characteristic of the terroir.
