Produced from 40-year-old vines and aged for eight months in cement vats, this Gabare vintage reveals a fruity yet elegant nose, giving spiced and peppery notes. Round and fruity on the palate, the wine exudes a truly remarkable purity and precision. Linear with just a dash of limestone on the finish, for a more than convincing result. A very lovely Chinon that’s compelling and elegant.
