Cassagne and Vitailles – a domaine created by the new generation of winemakers in the Languedoc that has impressed us for the quality and complexity of its wines! Worthy of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, this wine offers all the typical traits of the terroir – mountain freshness and limestone soils. The blend is only made from southern grape varieties, namely Grenache, Carignan and Syrah. It has a lovely perfume of violets, garrigue and small wild red fruits on the nose. And they are found within the wine’s complexity along with a good balance and silky tannins. The finish is elegant and slightly sweet!
