Once again, we are under the spell of this Spanish wonder. Jorge Navascues, the winemaker is a living legend in European oenology. He is also the consultant oenologist of the Vina Zorzal Domaine that we like to highlight so much. With a fiery temperament, this wine expresses itself generously, with beautiful notes of cherry and blackcurrant. The nose opens quickly with notes of berries and red fruits, pepper and spices. The palate is juicy, a gourmet style, an ultra fine grain of tannin, the ensemble remains fresh and light. Grenache gives this wine structure and verticality, while Carignan brings finesse and liveliness. A superb discovery!
