Description

Klein Constantia is a South African estate in the Cape region, with the main grape varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Syrah. The estate produces quality wines from fresh grapes, hand-harvested once they are perfectly ripe. Over the years, the grape varieties have been selected and matched to each cuvee, so that they best suit the terroir. This estate, located in one of the coolest wine regions in South Africa, aims to make wines that represent the unique location of this terroir. These elements make it possible to produce wines such as Estate Red, with delicate, elegant and refined tannins. The wine is purple in colour, with pronounced aromas of red fruits such as black cherry and woody spices. Delicate flavours that carry the palate to a fresh, tasty and subtly woody finish.
