Glastum: scientific name for the dyer-s woad, a plant formerly cultivated in the region for the production of the blue dye. This little flower represents freshness, elegance and the pleasure you’ll find in this wine. This 2021 vintage has a dazzling colour and opens on aromas of ripe red fruit, spice and cinnamon. The attack is smooth and silky followed up with a gentle sweetness. Fruity and delicious, this is a real delight and a great deal!
