Raul Perez is a living Spanish legend he is among the greatest winemakers in the country and this wine is one of the best of this domaine. The Vizcaina and Rapolao are fermented in wooden vats and then aged in barrels, but there is no trace of oak. It is floral and vibrant on the palate. We particularly appreciate its fine and light tannins, and its palate that brings great relief to the lingering finish. Everything is produced without constraints or style effects. It is a Mencia marvel by Perez!
