L’ARTISAN – LE PINOT NOIR 2022 – DOMAINES PAUL MAS

Description

This Pinot Noir is harvested at night to preserve the maximum expression of the fruit. Aromas of small fresh and crunchy strawberries accompanied by a few morello cherries. We can say that it pinotes , for our greatest happiness! The palate is very fresh, elegant and above all perfectly balanced. We find some spicy notes at the end of the palate to magnify the whole!
