All roads lead to the Rhône! This is the philosophy of the Bonny Doon Vineyard. One of the most legendary blends of the Rhône Valley. The spice of the Syrah / Shiraz perfectly guides the Morello cherry notes of the Cinsault. In short, an explosion of fruit on the palate woven by a fine structure that makes our mouths water. Magic is at work in the Cigare Volant. Cigare Volant, named after the Châteauneuf-du-Pape bylaw (still in effect today): Aircraft called flying saucers or flying cigars [cigares volants], of any nationality whatsoever, are prohibited from taking off, landing or flying over the territory.
