Description

This wine has a dark ruby colour and aromas of fresh fruit and peppery spices. Its balance between freshness and roundness on the palate is superb. The finish has a beautiful range with good concentration. It recalls the nose with fruity and spicy notes. The harvest is crushed and de-stemmed and, to obtain an extract with a good colour and aroma, this wine is macerated for 15 days.
