After some experience in biochemistry and gastronomy, Christophe Pacalet created his own estate in 1999. He then selected parcels of vines that he cultivates according to his ideal and with respect for the wine and the environment, to obtain high quality wines. This Moulin-à-Vent, with its great finesse, already offers us pleasant moments of tasting when young, with delicate notes of pure violets and faded roses.
