NERO DI LUPO 2022 – COS

Description

This wine comes from young vines of the Bastonaca sector in the south-eastern part of the island, on the Vittoria plateau 250 m above sea level in the province of Ragusa. Calcareous soils with clay and silica, a warm, dry, well-ventilated climate characterised by strong temperature fluctuations between day and night, giving the wine elegance and minerality, as well as excellent levels of acidity and lower alcohol content. The Nero d’Avola grape is indigenous and can be found exclusively in Sicily. The domaine has been cultivating biodynamically for over 15 years.
