Matured in the manner of a Vosne Romanée, this floral cuvée is all density and lace. Softer and sexier than Les Cailles , this climat Les Porrets Saint-Georges will delight the finest palates. A very nice vintage, typical of the Côte de Nuits. In this mature vintage, the suppleness of the tannins reveals to perfection the aromas of black berries, liquorice and spices. The whole is enhanced by a slightly mentholated finish which brings a very pleasant touch of freshness! An haute couture cuvée from the vines of Domaine Bouchard!
