Description

The St Chinian Roquebrun cru is one of the 5 crus identified to date in the Languedoc. The vines are grown on a schistous slope, among the oldest rocks on earth. The wine was aged in demi-muids for 12 months. On the nose, aromas of red and black fruits, blackberry and plum are mixed with hints of vanilla. On the palate, rich and powerful with velvety and melted tannins. A long and tasty finish. It goes wonderfully with all types of red meat.
