This wine combines appealing fruit richness with a savoury undertone, displaying aromas of red-Black plums, raspberries and boyensenberries. Soft on the nose, the effect of the oak maturation is subtle developing silky tannins. It is nicely weighted and textured on the palate with lovely generosity, the finish lingering, spicy and delicately dry.
