Description

The domaine has been entirely biodynamic for years (not certified). The 100-year-old vines provide very limited production and thus very complex wines. Indeed, the nose reveals aromas of blackberries, blackcurrant and black cherries alongside delicate floral notes, peony, liquorice and great freshness. The palate is fresh and full, revealing sophisticated and complex aromas. Concentrated and mature, the wine does not abuse its natural assets and instead seeks to shine with its great balance and the nobility of its delicious flavours: liquorice, crushed black fruits, saffron… The bottles are an absolute rarity, do not miss out.
