VIEILLES VIGNES 2020 – CLOS DES QUARTERONS

Description

This wine owes its complexity to the blending of all the old vine parcels on the domaine. The vines are on average 55 years old. Bright red in colour with ruby highlights, this Vieilles Vignes vintage opens onto blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry notes. Crisp on the attack, it has plenty of tone while leaving you with the impression of roundness due to its silky tannins. A dense wine but in an elegant, stylish way. Don’t worry about keeping it in the cellar – it will get even better with time!
