Appearance: Fino Quinta is a pale yellow colour with greenish highlights, luminous and bright.

Nose: gently saline, it displays the typical sharp, savoury aroma of flor with notes of almond.

Palate: Dry, savoury, low in acid and slightly bitter.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect alongside mature cheeses, olives or almonds or as an alternative to white wine with seafood and all kinds of fish dishes.
