CHAMPAGNE LOMBARD – BRUT NATURE GRAND CRU BLANC DE BLANCS

Description

A 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru Champagne which reflects the expression of several terroirs. Indeed, the 50% of Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur-Oger brings great tension and minerality while the remaining Chardonnay from Chouilly and Cramant brings more roundness and amplitude while that of Avize brings a nice finesse. Without dosage, this Champagne highlights the expression of chalky minerality, typical of a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Côte des Blancs.
