The flavours are crisp, chiselled and quite persistent, with dominant citrus fruit and white fruits. Its length is perfect for this style and nothing seems to change in its profile. Its acidity is neither too much nor too little for its fine structure. This is a great refined wine that is perfectly suitable for all types of occasions. Intense but delicate, elegant and complex, it is not surprising that it has been crowned one of the best English sparkling wines!!
