With three grape varieties (Chardonnay, Cabernet and Chenin), control of the blending is essential! The grapes come from six terroirs, considered as crus . It offers aromas of lime blossom, hawthorn and white fruits. With of two years of ageing in the cellar (whereas the average is 9 months), this Crémant de Loire is round, fresh and delicate in the mouth where the effervescence balances with its complexity.
