Domaine Antech, vine owner for six generations, is now managed by Françoise Antech. A safe bet with plenty of specialist expertise in making Limoux fine sparkling wines. Mausac, an indigenous variety, forms almost entirely the base of this wine, lending it freshness, balance and fruitiness. It opens onto notes of white flowers and fruits, and the palate is round and charming with a good acidity. The perfect fizz to kick off your aperitifs or to complement your fruit dessert!
