A renowned winemaker of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Nicolas Souchon has created Mas des Volques, with the support and sound advice of Philippe Cambie, one of the most renowned wine consultants of the Rhône Valley (named oenologist of the year in 2010 by Robert Parker).The Alba Dolia white is made up of old-vine Viognier and Roussanne, fermented in Burgundy casks over a period of six months to two years. It is very well integrated, its maturation lending subtle notes of fresh and candied fruits as well as a smooth, rounded texture. A gastronomic white wine to discover without delay!
