CHABLIS ENVERS DE VALMUR 2019 – DOMAINE DES MALANDES

Description

The Chablis Envers de Valmur is a single-vineyard wine planted by the grandfather of the heirs of the Malandes Domaine. Located at the bottom of the Vaudésir Valley, a few metres from the Grand Cru appellation of the same name, on limestone soil dating from the Kimmeridgian (-150 million years), this nectar is pure, crystalline, with a touch of wood in a mature and rich structure. Splendid!
