Superb Chenin with notes of smoke (flint), exotic fruits (passion fruit, mango). On the palate, we are seduced by the gourmet notes, the beautiful balance between sugar and acidity, and a salty and salivating finish, full of vitality and minerality. Chenin is a very interesting grape variety which, when well worked as it is here by Domaine Bonnigual Bodet, reveals itself to be complex, rich and lively at the same time. In addition to having a very pretty bottle, it is generally unanimously appreciated at the table! You can accompany it for example with white meat, Asian cuisine (spicy or sweet and sour), desserts based on pear or exotic fruits. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif in any season.
