Description

The vines are cultivated without chemical treatments, with the greatest care. Direct pressing in a pneumatic press followed by settling for 24 hours by gravity. This cuvée has been aged in demi-muids for around 12 months. This white wine offers a beautiful aromatic palette, pure and elegant with aromas of white fruits and white flowers with a touch of limestone minerality. On the palate, precise, fresh and deep with a long and saline finish. Ideal with seafood!
