These hand-picked 100% Chenin grapes, harvested on clay-limestone and schistose plots located on slopes where the vines are on average over 35 years of age. A most elegant smooth white, tense and enjoyable that remains lively and light, subtly highlighted by intense and delicious aromas of fruit and honey. A perfect wine for an aperitif which will be just as perfect at tastings with foie gras, cheese or dessert.
