Situated 180 metres above sea level, the vineyards of Pellehaut enjoy an ideal terroir, maximum sun and nearly four centuries of expertise! Cuvée Réserve is made from the year’s best grape varieties and is matured in barrels. This vintage gives us an explosion of exotic flavours mixed with touches of vanilla and spice. The attack on the palate presents some fatness, but evolves into a lovely complexity and beautiful roundness, then ends in a long, aromatic finish.
