Description

Bought on a whim in 1972, the estate has been restructured to become a key player in the Bandol appellation. Concerned about the environment, the estate is certified organic and uses no synthetic pesticides, harvests by hand and works without added yeast during the vinification process. The white cuvée is essentially made up of Clairette and Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc and Sauvignon Blanc complete the blend and bring aromatic complexity and freshness.
