Description

With a brilliant light yellow colour, the nose of beautiful complexity offers aromas of apricots, white peach and citrus fruits. The attack on the palate is fresh and aromatic. Notes of kiwi and grapefruit appear. It is a wine with a good acidity and a nice roundness. Drink now, it will keep very well for 1 to 2 years and will go wonderfully with all types of white meats or fish, for example sea bream fillets, mixed salads… Or simply as an aperitif!
