Pure Fendant (Chasselas) from 45-year-old vines planted on terraces of gneiss and granite. Aged for 10 months in stainless steel, all worked with the greatest respect for life! A very crisp bouquet of citrus and exotic fruit. An additional aromatic dimension is brought by notes of Granny Smith and of infusion.
