The Sommerberg extends at the foot of the Trois-Épis, south of Katzenthal and north of Niedermorschwihr. In a very fine style of great purity, this Riesling Grand Cru reveals a very pretty aromatic palette of white flesh fruits within a floral bouquet. Chiselled, elegant, in the typical style of great Alsatian wines, this Riesling shows tension and persistence throughout the tasting. In the tradition of Julien Schaal and its renowned Rieslings Grands Crus, this cuvée is no exception to the rule and will offer you a superb moment of sharing! It will fully express itself after 1 to 3 years of ageing.
