Description

The interaction of soil, sunshine and coastal breezes make the North Coast of California an amazing terroir for growing Sauvignon Blanc. Sonoma County develops the characteristics of citrus and stone fruit and mineral notes while Lake County brings more intense tropical robust flavours and aromas. Waves of guava, lime and tangerine dominate the nose with notes of white peach and apricot. On the palate there are tropical notes that emerge in the mouth with guava, lychee and passion fruit. The structure is supported mid-palate and reveals an attractive slate and mineral quality that lingers on the finish and complements the lively acidity. Perfect with aperitifs, fish and shellfish!
