SILICE BLANC 2022 – DOMAINE COURSODON

Description

This wine is vinified in a strictly traditional way in wooden vats for maceration then in new oak barrels for several months. The terroir gives its name to the wine and also brings a lot of freshness. The balance between ageing and the minerality of the soil is the key to this wine. When we add a beautiful ripe fruit with aromatic notes of peach and apricot, enormous complexity is obtained.
