STAR FISH 2021 – ERIC CHEVALIER

Description

The Eric Chevalier Domaine is located at the western end of the Loire Valley in the Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu PDO. All the vines on the estate are organic agriculture certified. The climate, between the lake and the ocean, gives the wine a seductive character displaying a salinity and gentle bitterness at the end of the palate. This is a silky, fresh wine. There are ripe white fruit but also acacia flowers and a hint of lemon. It will partner very well with seafood. A well-priced wine for total pleasure.
