Description

Stern Sauvignon is a wine made in an optimal climate: natural and sunny, thus providing all the sensations of freshness and the full aromas of fresh fruit. Flowery and slightly acidic aromas build up the wine and give it its balance. In the glass, a light colour will express the aromas of blackcurrant and redcurrant and will give way to the sweetness of the notes of elderberry during tasting. A fine and delicate palate which will be accompanied by a length dominated by candied fruit.
