"Ireland's Most Awarded Gin, Shortcross Gin, is classical juniper-forward style with a unique twist; uplifting floral notes, smooth and sweet flavours and an exceptionally long finish Inspired by the lush forests and gardens surrounding the distillery on Rademon Estate in Northern Ireland, Shortcross is created using wild clover, fresh apples, elderflowers and elderberries foraged on the grounds. These foraged botanicals are distilled with classic gin botanicals in a 450-litre bespoke copper pot still before being hand-bottled and labelled on site.
