Mozart Chocolate Spirits Dark Chocolate Liqueur 50cl

Description

The Mozart liqueurs use two varieties of cacao, Forastero and Trinitario, which are specially produced for Mozart Distillerie. The cocoa is macerated with high-proof alcohol and stored. Further distillation yields a pure chocolate distillate. Mozart Black uses 87% pure cocoa macerate for a darker cocoa flavour. A dark chocolate liqueur with 87% pure cocoa content. Mozart black does not contain milk, cream, preservatives or colourings. Shows notes of dark chocolate, vanilla and caramel, as well as smoky and tart notes of cocoa. Bitter sweet, long-lasting finish.
